Dry-Aged Wednesdays at Rubia Gallega are a weekly showcase of patience, precision, and flavour. Dedicated to the craft of dry-aging, this midweek experience invites guests to explore the depth and character of Rubia Gallega beef, aged slowly to achieve its signature intensity.
To complement the experience, every Rubia Gallega dry-aged cut is served with a special midweek offer: a complimentary glass of wine or a side, chosen to follow the character of the beef. A considered pairing that enhances the flavours on the plate without distraction.
