The Rubia Roast

The Rubia Roast is our unique take on the signature weekend tradition of a roast dinner, centred around exceptional Rubia Gallega beef.
Available every Saturday and Sunday at Expo City Dubai.

The experience is built on the provenance of our namesake beef. Sourced from the lush pastures of Galicia, Rubia Gallega is prized for its maturity and depth of flavour. We slow-roast the beef to preserve its distinct character, ensuring a tender finish that honours the craftsmanship of Spanish butchery and traditional preparation.

Each plate is served with a curated selection of accompaniments: creamy mashed potato, honey-glazed carrots, seasonal vegetables, and earthy beetroot. The meal is completed with homemade Yorkshire puddings, mustard horseradish, and a rich gravy, balancing familiar comfort with the elevated execution of a premium Spanish steakhouse.

The result is a roast that feels familiar yet distinct, led by the intense, buttery profile that only matured Rubia Gallega beef provides.
