A Saturday rooted in Spanish tradition, where flamenco and guitar express the cultural core behind the cuisine.
Flamenco Saturdays at Rubia Gallega draw directly from Spain’s cultural heart, bringing traditional flamenco and live Spanish guitar into the dining room every Saturday. It’s an afternoon and evening shaped by performance, rhythm, and the expressive energy that defines flamenco at its core.
Hosted at both Rubia Gallega locations, Flamenco Saturdays unfold in two settings. At Al Wasl Plaza, Expo City, performances take place from 2 PM to 5 PM, while Meliá Desert Palm, Warisan hosts the evening from 7 PM to 10 PM.
Throughout the performance, flamenco dancers and Spanish guitarists take centre stage, introducing movement, sound, and intensity into the space while allowing the focus to remain on the table. The performance sits alongside the meal rather than interrupting it, adding presence and character to the room.
The programme is paired with Rubia Gallega’s signature Galician cuisine, with a complimentary welcome drink on arrival.
