From 7 PM to 10 PM, guests can enjoy an immersive dining experience set to the sound of live Cuban vocals by Yamil Peralta, accompanied by Latin sounds throughout the evening. The night is anchored in Salsa and Casino (a traditional Cuban couple dance) creating a vibrant, energetic atmosphere whether you’re watching, listening, or stepping onto the floor.

The culinary offering features a classic Cuban set menu, paired with bold flavours and island-inspired cocktails, curated to complement the music and energy of the night.
